Over 2000 planes have gone missing in the past 50 years within the borders of the Nevada Triangle. It just so happens AREA 51 is located in the Triangle.

Peter Stekel Nevada Triangle Interview.
In August, 2009 I was visiting in England and was interviewed for a program that investigates the disappearance of Steve Fossett. My part of the show examines how Fossett's disappearance relates to the crash of a Beech 18 AT-7 Navigator on November 18, 1942 on Mendel Glacier in Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks. The one thing they have in common is attempting to fly over, through, or across the Sierra Nevada in questionable atmospheric conditions. The subject of the 1942 crash is covered in my new book, FINAL FLIGHT - to be published August, 2010.
